Bug description: When you use Cloak of shadows you still get hit by Frost mage and Arcane mage's Slows. Cloak of shadows should Resist ALL Magical effects.

Rejected, cloak is working fine (removing and immune to any magic dmg/slow efects for 4 sec duration)
