"Finishing the Job" quest issue

I am performing the "Finishing the Job" quest for the rogue artifact weapon, however Caden Shadowgaze is not dropping the information item he is supposed to drop. This is preventing me from completing the quest and getting my artifact weapon.

Hello. I have checked his drop rate and it says that it is 100% which means that he should drop it every time you kill him. Make sure you have the quest, and make sure that you're in the proper phasing, if there is any. If then nothing works, contact a staff member to resolve your issue, or post a bug report.
