gear vendors and marks of honor

are there any vendors to get gear from? also i got some marks of honor from a world quest but i don't know what to do with them

checked answers through google but nothing could lead me precisely, and i didn't find any vendor from where i can get gear or drop the marks

Hello. In this server, you can only buy gear at your class hall, once you reach level 110. That's your class hall set. And about marks of honor, you use them to buy throwback PvP sets which you can use for transmogrification and mounts. You may find the PvP vendors in Old Dalaran, Warspear in Ashran, Draenor, and at Serpent's Spine in Pandaria.
