[REJECTED] Cannot Pick Back Up Demon Hunter Order Hall Quest Campaign

I'm playing as a Demon Hunter and was queued for a dungeon while beginning my order hall class campaign after speaking to Kayn Sunfury in Dalaran. On route to the quest, my queue popped up and I accepted it. However, my group couldn't complete the dungeon and disbanded, kicking me out of the dungeon outside of the instance portal. Upon getting back to Dalaran, I can no longer speak to Kayn in order to repeat the quest or continue it, and I am unaware of where to go from here. I cannot get my artifact weapon and do not want to continue levelling until I do so in order to get the full effect of quest rewards.

Abandon the quest and pick it up again. Clear your cache as well.

I have no quests in my inventory pertaining to the Order Hall questline, but I will clear my cache to see if that'll help.

After clearing my cache the issue still has not been resolved. I'm unsure of where to go from here.

Hello. Have you tried talking with Kayn Sunfury again to see if you can choose an artifact again?
