Bug description: Applying Touch of Death should not break incapacitate from Paralysis. The damage breaks it but not the debuff which stays for 8 secs. Here ToD breaks it instantly.

Hello. I have tested applying Paralysis and then Touch of Death on a player. The Paralysis debuff does not get removed by the Touch of Death debuff. It only gets removed when Touch of Death deals damage. Even casting Touch of Death first and then Paralysis does not remove Paralysis until Touch of Death deals damage.

Ok so i was testing it out and yes it does not break the effect but since u r in melee range and ToD puts u in combat automatically your typical melee breaks it. However there is a way to ToD the target in pvp by either facing a bit to the right or left so u don't accidentally auto him. Like its shown in the video i linked.
When i was trying it, it would show me "out of range" message.(happened multiple times)
There were successful attempts as well though. Just seemed weird is why i made the post.

both same distance but 1 attempt kept failing the other was successful.
You can see that i was in range for both the attempts coz my binds were white instead of red on the spell.

If you wish to cast Paralysis and then Touch of Death while not breaking Paralysis in the meantime, you can do it with this macro:
#showtooltip Touch of Death
/cast Touch of Death
/clearttarget

This will cast ToD on your target and then clears your targetting so that you get out of combat and do not auto-hit him, breaking Paralysis.
