Bug description: The following talent is supposed to increase the number of combo points to 6, as your finishing abilities consume up to 6 points and deal 5 percent more damage.
At 5 combo points it's supposed to stun the target for 5 seconds as written in the spell description, stuns for 4 seconds instead. At 6 combo points the enemy target is being stunned for 5 seconds, should be 6. The person I tested it on is using Adaptation, which breaks a crowd control 5/5+seconds .I can't say if there's really any damage increase as the effect of the talent says, I personally felt nothing. As you fix this, please take in consideration that some people use Relentless passive talent and there are the Orcs with their passive stun reduce. I am telling you this, because ive been there when someone tried to fix it and the stun was infact 6 seconds but ignored Relentless or Orc passive.

Spell durations count down to 0, 5-4-3-2-1-0 means six seconds, there is nothing wrong.

you've got to be kidding, right? I mean, there's nothing wrong even tho without the talent my stun is supposed to be 5 seconds for 5 combo points, which should proc Adaptation automatically, and it doesnt? the 6 combo point one does. That alone tells that the timers are off with 1 second

He's partially right. If you use 5 CP Between the Eyes it only takes 4 combo points and apply the spell like that. It ignores 1 combo point from the application as you can see after BtE you always have 1 CP.

it does not proc ADAPTATION, in what language am i supposed to say this. "practically" is not what it's supposed to do, it may look like it but it just isnt right.
Isn't it possible to fix that? and the 0 does not count as a second i dont know when you tested that but it just doesnt work for me. I remember playing on retail and having a 6 sec stun instead of 5, i could clearly see the 6-5.9 countdown there.
