Right. There should be a small phased version of the barrow dens where your screen has green borders. The Nightmare terrors are found in that phase (not outside of it, like they currently are). You just escort the Archdruid back outside. =/

As of today, The Emerald Dream phase still doesn't seem to want to start,

Thoughts towards a bandaid: so a good bypass until this is fixed, might be to have a lootable quest item, and run it back to the dragon.
