race area quests seem to be broken af

ive played on two characters, a hunter troll, and a goblin shaman on both characters everything is fine till level 10 where the quests start to bug out, like on the quest the great heist where you go and rob the bank in the goblin starting area, or how as a troll you had to kill zar, but for some reason everytime i attacked zar i missed or she dodged the attack, this makes it impossible to level up quickly as a new person to the server, bc now im in a situation where i can either do low level quests that give barely any quests and use the dungeon finder to level up, or i go around and find quests in different areas which i would if i knew where i could go to find quests that around my level,

If you get stuck on a quest, the first thing you should do is to type .info ingame or to look the quest up here: https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php - If people have completed it, it can be completed in some way.

Alternatively, when it's a low level quest I would honestly just skip it and look for another quest. I've levelled 2 characters manually and while I did encounter some bugged quests in the low level zones, it hasn't been a dealbreaker as I can just find another one or in worst case change the zone. Levelling is rapidly fast with 10x XP rate, and a few bugged quests here and there are hardly worth mentioning.

quest helper just shows me how to complete the quest which i already know how to do, the problem is the "storage" things you have to crack for the quest, well you cant interact with them at all, which is a problem cuz the quest cant be returned without cracking them(The Great Bank Heist quest) and i dont know what other quests i can do to level up since all the quests in the area are low level (goblin starting area) and if i do change zone, what would that do? also hardly worth mentioning? as a new player with barely any experience on the server or the game in general, without knowing what to do i posted on the forums which are meant for feedback, help and "debates" so excuse me if i did take up your time on something not worth mentioning, but im sure that if a new player came around and looked for the exact same thing as i am rn, they would probably find this and hopefully get some help out of it<3

You switch the zone to a higher level zone to get quests that are actually worth your time - doing quests that are too low for your level reward MUCH less experience, they're essentially a complete waste of time. You always want to be in a zone that's within your level range. (You can check this by opening the map with M and hovering your mouse over the zones, it will show the levels)
