Bug description: i usually kill it alone if i see it spawned, but one time other people were there and they invited me to group. figured rolling on the mount is better than nothing, but to my surprise and not theirs, we could each loot the corpse and get everything including the mount, which i doubt is intended.

Proof: forgot to take screenshots then, but this should be easy to test

It's not a bug, it's how it should work.

Since legion dropped in, all world-drop mounts from Elites like the one in Warlords of Draenor from Poundfist and others can be shared & looted by all party members.
I know that because i've been selling Alani mount from MoP on retail to 4 persons at once. It's a nice trade-off.
Also when 7.3.2 arrives, these elites will have their spawn timer reduced from let's take Poseidus as example : 72hrs to 4 hrs. Blizz decided then that "people had jobs and stuff" and buffed the respawn timers, ruining mount-selling markets and stuff.

upon further inspection of the wowhead comments it seems this is the case and all participants to the kill get the mount as personal loot. it just seemed very odd for them to do this change for a BOE mount.
and its a private server after all, so it was questionable.
