Relic change when ToS comes out.

Hello,

So I just donated for a toon, but if I wanna choose the 3 relics that go with it, it states that i can't change them if i use them in my artifact.

Does this mean that I won't be able to switch them to ToS relics as soon as it comes out?
Or will I be able to change them afterall, even with the site saying you can't change them now.

I was wondering this aswell, and also if, with the current sale going on it would be possible to donate for a relic, keep it in the bank and then upgrade it once 7.2 comes out?
