Bug description: strange situation

The problems started with the equipment manager who started to no longer save my choices. Now I can not even do a World Quest. I tried everything. Disabled all the addons, deleted the cache, interface and WTF folders, downloaded and installed a new launcher. All this happens only with my mage "Bananamagic" Felson. With the other my pg "Fosco" everything works perfectly using the same addons. Can you tell me what else can I do? Thank you.

It's a full questlog, delete some quests. For future for this small things make a ticket in-game
