Character name changed on its own

Bug description:
Been offline for a few months and came back to see my character name changed from Asclepia to Asclepiaz with no prior notice or given reason.
The name really means a lot to me and I'd like it changed back, please.

Hello. The name was not changed without a reason. The reason is that after a certain period of inactivity, a given character name becomes tagged as "Inactive", therefore it becomes available to be free to be taken by someone else, who has purchased the service "Free inactive name". So if you have your name changed, it is because you have been offline for a long period of time. My advice is to rename it to something else, or try to purchase the same service as well.

Thanks for the quick response and terribly sorry for my delyaed one!
I can't seem to find the " Free inactive name" service. Would you mind linking it to me?

Now, I'm not one to tell people how to do their job, but wouldn't it be better to warn people via e-mail that their character is inactive in case they want to return. I wasn't able to play since my computer was broken and would've asked a friend of mine to log in. If people don't plan on returning, they won't mind if their name is taken, so they won't log in just so they keep their name. Aside from that it'd be nice if there was a service to return said name to the original owner for free if it isn't taken.

And I cannot say anything more about notifying incase of a name change. I myself have a character renamed with a random letter at the end because it had been deleted for a long time and then restored.
