[DUPLICATE] Survival Hunter Skill/Talent Bug

Hello folks -
I'm a PvP Survival Hunter Player... There is a bug I have to report about this spec that is so necessary for this spec!
There is a Passive Spell that every Survival Hunter have and It is called [Waylay].

Waylay Description:
[Passive]
After 2 sec, your Traps become fully armed, making them especially devastating:
<Freezing Trap> will not break due to damage for the first 4 sec.
<Tar Trap> reduces enemies' movement speed by 70% for the first 4 sec.
<Explosive Trap> staggers the target, causing them to miss their next melee attack.

So I think you have guessed whats wrong... The Freezing Trap part doesn't work! since Survival Hunters don't have stun, Freezing Trap is their stun and this spell doesn't work properly!
And there is a [Guerrilla Tactics] passive talent (talent:4/2) which will buff this; that doesn't work too -

So I beg you guys to fix it! 7.2.5 content is almost there, it'll be great if you guys fix this too.

Dude you can ezly join an Arena or Duel and see that this spell doesn't work properly but randomly! there is a reason we are posing it dude...
Countless times I CCed enemy and one hit from me or my partner got him out of it! (instantly!)
You have to test it in a Fight and Chaos not afking with a dummy or something like that!
