Bug description: 1.Windstrike=Stormstrike all spells that SS can proc should windstrike too

stormflurry if you test like 100 hits with windstrike you won't get any procs from stormflurry..
Unleash doom same

Bug description: 2.After transforming to Ascendance you should have reseted cd on windstrike(not cd from stormstrike)
