Bug description: Melee attacks don't generate maelstrom. Windfury procs seem to generate a random amount of 14 maelstrom per 4 windfury attacks.
Proc Flags - Successful melee auto attack
- Successful attack by spell with melee damage class
I'm not sure if flametongue and frostbrand are considered spells with melee damage class, but all the maelstrom generation right now is 14 from windfury procs (should be 20 if both MH and OH proc) and rockbiter which is a whole different spell.

Confirmed. I tested this with and without Doomhammer on, the Malestrom generation worked fine without it on, but with it on maelstrom was only generated by Windfury(same as in the video).
