[DUPLICATE] WQ Trinket rewards

Bug description: This is just one example. The WQ trinket rewards are not receiving the additional stats they are supposed to. In the screenshots you can see I have one equipped from 7.1.5 that has correct stats. In other screenshot you can see the one I just received missing additional stats.

The bought ones with nethershards neither.

Same goes for crafted items. Stat randomizer seems to not apply any stats when item is created.

We are working on a fix to address this issue. All pieces of gear that should have secondary stats WILL have them once the fix is live, even if they dropped without. Meaning you won't lose anything.
