Bug description: If you use whirlwind without attacking a target, the meat cleaver buff will proc even though you're not attacking something, I don't think this is how it should work, as in 7.1.5 it was activated just by hitting a target with whirlwind. Also I saw that if you use Terrorbound Nexus trinket, the same thing happens, the proc from it can happen just by spamming whirlwind and not hitting a target, and I dont recall being like that before.
