Bug description: Ascendance text says that all healing the shaman deals should be duplicated and distributed evenly among all nearby party members. The math on this spell should be like this: healingTaken=spellHeal*2/k where k is number of nearby allies, but the ingame numbers are not right according to this equation.

I've tested all other Restoration shaman spells and the text matches the equation applied. For example the healing done by riptide when the talent on the first row third column is taken is totalHealing = originalHealing + originalHealing*30/100. The text for ascendance says that the healing done by each of shaman's spells is doubled and redistributed to all party members as in the equation I suggested. Although I'm not sure how Ascendance is supposed to work with totems (they usually count as standalone healers and shaman buffs don't apply to them) or with other spells since I thought that testing it with Healing Wave should be enough proof. In conclusion, the equation I suggested should be the right one according to the spell's text and I will further investigate how Ascendance interacts with other spells after you fix the numbers.

Ok, so as the spell tooltip says, the healing of your spell is duplicated and that duplicate is then distributed amongst all allies.


In the first image you showed you had 4 allies and the initial heal was 330550, which would give us a base healing per target:

330550 / 4 = 82637.5 per target


That healing is then multiplied by all healing increases that are active on you:
Flow of the Tides gives 5%
Grace of the Sea gives 6%
Echo of the Earthen Ring gives 10%


So that'd end up going as follows:

82637.5 * 1.05 * 1.06 * 1.10 = 101173.09125


Which is only ONE point off of the healing shown in your "proof", so our math does seem to be correct and there is no bug present here.
