I told you not working and some guy post a screen shot with buff and you @garn rejected my topic. It's not working! Sometimes, I get visual buff, but the buff is not 6 %, it's around 3 % or less. Math is simple, my stormstrike should do 555,235 dmg without any buff, when I use crash lightning, I don't get visual buff of gathering storms but it said My stormstrike will deal 567k. That's 11k higher then without gathering storm. BUT, 555,235*6/100% = 33,316. It;s about 50 % less buff then it should be. IN big aoe pulls, it will be so high dmg loss. So test that spell properly, it's not working like before on 7.1.5, but spell is the same. SOmetimes I get buff but when I put cursor on it, it said my stormstrike will deal 0 % more dmg. I have full traits, but can't sent you a proof right now cause I'm not at home. Maybe tonight.

It certainly works for me. It does 303,975 dmg without Gathering Storm buff and 322,213 with the buff. And obviously 303975*0.06=322213. As you can see in the screenshots.

OT: Enhancement's biggest problem right now is the lack of maelstrom. Makes it almost unplayable.

As said above, Gathering Storm is proccing. There is a different issue with the proc being munched that I am looking into, which might be the issue you're having.
