[DUPLICATE] World Quest items don't have stats

Bug description: Some items from emissary quest rewards and world quest rewards dont have stats. Also items from world pvp quests dont have stats. Many players have the same issue.

There is an issue with random stats.

Relinquish trinkets and pvp items getting from relinquish dont have secondary stats .

I lost 5k nethershards for 880 trinket with no secondary stats and the freaks GM will not give me a new one with secondary stats.

The same happends to professions items. There is no chance to create rings woth secondary stats :/

We are working on a fix to address this issue. All pieces of gear that should have secondary stats WILL have them once the fix is live, even if they dropped without. Meaning you won't lose anything.
