as far as i can see that pool has the correct size, the damage could be because of stacking, if you kill all the miniblobs in one place this will happen
also remember that with the patch all of the dungeons have scaled up in difficulty because we can get higher ilvl.

It should still deal 15% dmg and not be able to stack, and the voids are clearly way too big just like the report I linked

Confirmed - Sanguine sometimes does more damage then it should, and should have a small delay before applying DoT. In addition Sanguine sometimes deals damage even when players are nowhere near the puddle.
The size of the Sanguine puddle is correct.
