[FIXED] Fishing doesn't work

Bug description: You cannot fish out of open water or pools in any Legion content zone anymore. The bobber never moves to indicate that you've got a fish. Clicking randomly doesn't work either because you either click too soon and "don't have anything hooked", or click too late and the fish "got away."

This isn't just an issue with Broken Shore but everywhere. I'm on my hunter right now at Lakeshire and I'm having that same issue.
