Bug description: Windstrike doesn't ignore armor, like it should. It does the same damage as stormstrike.
Proof: I made a video on a dummy which should have the same dmg reduction as a boss raid, 30%. Also, one hitting a dummy with 0 armor and another on a dummy with 20k armor. Now, since windstrike should bypass armor, the damage on the two dummies should be the same, but there's a huge noticeable gap.
