Bug description:(How To Reproduce):in arena Take 1 enh shaman with Shamanism talent and make a macro to use bloodlust on party member . 2nd player is restoration shaman with sense of urgency trait unlocked .
enh shaman use bloodlust on restoration shaman . blood lust geting applied to himself and restoration shaman .
problem is sense of urgency of restoration shaman doesnt process for 10 sec bloodlust from shamanism talent of enhancement.

Proof: Shamanism Doesnt apply sense of urgency to restoration shaman. simple to reproduce

The BL given from Shamanism is not the same as a normal BL. It's fine.
