Bug description: It worked only for 1 spec for me( retribution). I did the broken shore scenario, I did the quest for ret, but for holy and protection doesn t work for me. I tried with "delete cache, change spec and relog after" .

Same for me. Now I have 2 characters "bugged". My priest got Discipline artifact empowered, but holy/shadow still not empowered. Same with my dk, blood empowered but not unholy/frost. Tried relogging/clearing cache/changing spec etc but nothing.

same here, on my priest i could only empower holy and shadow, discipline isnt working for me
