Bug description: So I tested on my other shaman and maelstrom generation works fine~ish. Bug may be coming from the new traits, maybe the Winds of Change one overriding it somehow. So, just putting this out there.

I tested this, and Malestrom weapon was fine until taking the new trait Winds of Change. It seems that this is the issue.

To clarify, Maelstrom Weapon stops working after you get the trait Winds of Change.
