Bug description: Trinkets with stat stick don't give the stats they show in tooltip. I have two trinkets with 2031 haste each and they give 1057, respectively 677.
I know this may be related with pvp items and all items that have custom stats but nevertheless.

Confirm,with same items from 7.1.5 all my caps are lower!

Those items in 7.1.5 were giving more stats than they should have and people say its fixed now that it provides the stats it should have on retail. Tooltip is visual bug.

Yes they were giving more stats, but 1k and 700 is far too little for 925. 885 Urn gives 1116 mastery.

Confirmed on my rogue i have 16,324K agility While i have my 2k mastery guarm on after taking it off i get to 15,267 which means the trinket itself gives me only 1,057.

same for https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=139113&&name=an-she-s-token-of-guile and other items. Dropped like 30% mastery since the patch changed. Saw no post about a fix or any change in my findings.
