Bug description: On the battle with Helya the main pet of the Demonology warlocks just dissappears at the start of second phase; if you try to summon it again it just doesn't appear. It happens with any of the main pets summoned by the warlock. Since the main pet is a principal source of the demonology warlock (specialy after The Left Hand of Darkness was implemented on arctifact) this is really important to play the spec.

Proof: I can't record video with my computer, but it's pretty easy to test.
