Confirmed. But it's weird that when I started this quest there were 7 players that completed fel ingredients. After 20 min of insisting on the quest, there were 8 players that completed it. There might be a trick to do it... or it was just a lucky player

I've pretty much tried everything. I killed at least 100 of them thinking it was a low drop rate and that maybe it was the only thing on their loot table. I killed them next to other mobs that I could loot to see if it would group loot the item even though I couldn't click on them. I'm pretty sure that they're broken because a majority of those mobs are just phased in for that quest alone, and the loot table just wasn't included in their phasing. Frustrating either way, but I'm sure that they'll get it sorted out soon.
