[Some players]Characters teleporting all over the place

I also see SOME players do the same movement in BGs and arenas. A friend of mine accepted a challenge and told i sometimes move normaly and sometime my movement is glitchy. He also told me he too saw other players in the same situation.

I deletes my cache folder, restarted my internet , and now, the problem appears randomly and not permanently.

Confirm, I also see other players like teleporting around when they move, especially at high speed.
