[DEATH KNIGHT] Is Runeforging: did I miss a quest?

Hello all,
I have finished all quests for DK starting zone but I noticed that I can only apply one kind of rune on my weapon and that is Rune of Razor Ice.
The other two Runes appear to be 'UNLEARNED' and I dunno how to unlock them.

Can you please help me to understand if there is a way (such a quest that I missed due to increased xp rate)?
How can I unlock the other two runes?

Hello mrbaozii,

The other Rune enchantments are learned by levelling up.

Leveling and only certain enchants can be used with certain weapon type like Stone Skin Gargoyle
