Bug description: The Broken Isle Pathfinder Part 1 achievement should give us an 20% mounted movement speed increase in the Broken Isle, however, this is not hapenning in the game, remaining (in my case) at an 310% flight speed

that's just the mounts speed, to see your actual movement speed you need to look on your character tab.
