Bug description: this spell should shatter with flurry proc (winter chill) , but it wont shatter at all . was broken on 7.1.5 aswell

It was not broken in 7.1.5, the flurry missile speed got increased 11% in 7.2.5, therefore being over 10 yards over the target and launching a Flurry proc instantly after GS resulted the following Combat Log:

Flurry hits Target for X damage Glacial Spike hits Target for X damage (Critical) Flurry hits Target for X damage Flurry hits Target for X Damage

To shatter with Flurry in 7.1.5 you had to GS for over 20 yards => insta blink as the travel time of the GS is big enough => Flurry in melee range.


The correct bug report in this case is the following for 7.2.5:


Flurry missile speed needs to be increased by 11%.

PS: Also you should keep in mind that you have to be shatter capped for 100% crit chance on GS even after the fix.

on 7.1.5 if u had 30+yard distance from target u could shatter with 7.2.5 changes it made it easier with flurry speed increase to do it at around 20 yard .so its better to change title to flurry speed not GS+shatter since reason behind this is flurry. although keep in mind ur latency affects this, so better not to test when server is lagging a bit since GS shatter combo happens in less than 0.5s.
