Bug description: Flurry's missile travel time is standardized to 7.0.3 notes. In 7.2.5, Flurry received a buff with 11% increased missile speed, therefore being over 10 yards over the target and launching a Flurry proc instantly after GS resulted the following Combat Log as the patch change helps Flurry get to the target faster than Glacial Spike :

This change made GS build viable for raiding, as before it was just conditioned for you to be at max range all the time to shatter.

confirm.The whole point of GS build is to be able to do GS shatter with flurry its not possible to be 30+yard all the time in raid.
