Bug description: Beside vengeance buff not consumed (referring to this thread https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Warrior-Talent-Vengeance-t545386.html) , the cost of Ignore pain when Vengeance ; Ignore pain active is incorrect. Tooltip says 13 to 29, but when using ignore pain while the buff is active, it consume up to 38-39ish rage.

Proof:
