[DUPLICATE] Wrong function on sephuz proc

Bug description: sephuz doesn't proc on infernal meteor strike(stun) and also on doomguard shadow lock (interrupt)

I can confirm this bug.
Sephuz's secret should proc from all of your loss of control spells, interrupts, or dispells; as the tooltip says "Successfully applying a loss of control effect to an enemy, interrupting an enemy, or dispelling any target grants you 70% increased movement speed and 25% Haste for 10 sec."

It procs from pet's and minion's spells too, as in the Hotfix (2016-08-30) says "Sephuz's Secret should now be activated by Grimoire: Felguard's Axe Toss." ( https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/20252902 ). For warlock it should proc from Infernal's Meteor Strike, Infernal's Torch Magic, Doomguard's Shadow lock, Fel hunter's interrupt, Fel hunter's dispell, Imp's Dispell, Sucubus' aoe stun and felguard's Axe Toss (And their glyph versions, like the oberserver, too).

The same issue happens with the unholy dk's pet. The stun isn't procing Sephuz's secret-It should proc from the normal pet, the sludge butcher and their dark transformation versions.
