Bug description: If you combine these items, you will gain March of the Legion bonus. They must give you a chance to deal about 40k additional fire damage to demons. But they damage the wearer as well (check out the photo). Please check it out.

Ye it is hitting everything not just demons,also if u cast the toys on someone it will damage them,paladins wisdom on someone is gonna proc it on them etc etc it is just a mess.
