Bug description: Windstrike doesn't proc the damage on Crash Lightning like Stormstrike does. This was also posted on 7.1.5 but didn't get to be fixed. Problem with Windstrike is more general too, it not having all the modifiers Stormstrike does. This will also apply to the T20 4p set and some other spells that are already posted.

Confirmed. Windstrike is basically an enhanced Storm Strike and should work on SS procs,modifiers,sets.
