Bug description: In order to get Horn of War, you need to visit Matilda Skoptidottir, who is located at 72.7, 30.3 in Skyhold and place a work order. This is at the Arena of Glory. It takes four hours and cost 100 Order Resources.

In order to use this spell, open your map and click on the zone where the daily quest you wish to complete is located (for instance Val'sharah). On your map there should be an icon identical to the one displayed for the spell on this page. Click on it and choose the quest you wish to complete. But when i come to this NPC it does nothing and do not offer me to buy Horn of War
