Disconnect issue on loading screens

Ok so i dont really know where else to post since im still kinda new to the freakz forums but im hoping i can get some help or atleast suggestions on what to do...

So me and my friend have been playing on Felsong for quiet some time now while i have never experienced any connection issues in the past with freakz my friend does have connectivity issues let me note that we are using the same internet provider and while my net is slightly worse than theirs in terms of speed they always tend to disconnect upon loading screens or sometimes even randomly throughout dungeon seasons while most times this is nothing more than just login back in and continue from where we left of sometimes they get kicked off to orgrimmar upon joining a raid or dungeon making them unable to rejoin the same group they originally joined and recieving a cooldown.

we have done everything in terms of changing settings on both computer, modem and router to try and fix this problem but without success i am now wondering if anyone has a solution for this or simply knows what what could be the issue behind it.

what we have tried:
delete cache inside wow folder
open ports inside the router
disable antivirus
disable firewall
allowing the game through the windows firewall

Can you define what does "connection issues" mean in this case ? Do you have problems logging in-game or you're rather experiencing problems remaining in-game ? Have you tried logging in while connected to another network ? If it works, then perhaps your internet provider is experiencing some difficulties.

well they can log in fine but the discconnects always happens upon loading screens usually after leaving or entering a dungeon or entering the class hall in this case the druid class hall we are using the same internet provider (not the same router) but we have tried getting their laptop over to my place and they still had the same issues as i said above we have tried loads of things to try and fix it none of it helped.

Apparently something's disturbing your friend's internet frequency ? Has he tried logging in from a different Wi-Fi (I assume it's wireless, as you said that he even tried logging in at your place) ?

yeah we tried at my place no luck. starting to think it might be the laptop or the account itself.
