[Vote] Everytime it says you allready voted

Bug description:
Can`t Vote for wow-freakz since Patchday to 7.2.5. On first GTop 100 every Day the Verification work but if i hit vote button it says me you allready did, you can again in ....time.
On the other 3 Link`s it say you voted but i become no Votepoints.

Confirmed. Gtop100 seems to be set to an 20 hour voting cooldown time, and Freakz site is set to 12. I've tried voting again exactly 12 hours later when Freakz cooldown has come off, and Gtop100 says I'm not allowed to vote again for another 8 hours.
Don't know if the mods have any power over this but hopefully they can ask Gtop100 to lower to cooldown in between votes to 12 hours for us.

Put them WaaAaaay up inside there, as far as they can fit. Somebody's gotta do it, Morty
