Details: Upon killing the last boss of karazhan, I didn't got the tailoring quest item "Fel Sinew Bag". It happened twice. Didn't took any screenshot at that time, but I do have the achievement that I got upon killing the last boss and also have the other item "Bag of a Thousand Pockets".

Request you to kindly do the necessary fix or to provide me with the quest item drop of the instance. Action on this matter ASAP will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
