Bug description: The item does not increase Maelstrom at all.
Proof: Tested on enhancement shaman which has a default maelstrom maximum of 150. 5% of this should be additional 7.5 Maelstrom (so either 7 or 8). However the maximum Maelstro stays at 150. Also attects elemental shaman (other classes and mana untested).

Can confirm, i does not work at all. Play as arcane mage, 5% mana have great value for my spec.

Yup i can confirm, it doesn't work on my monk or on my rogue.

Fixed, however currently there's a small issue with this mechanic (resource increase %) which is unrelated to the actual trinket, in some cases some players might get a very slightly wrong increase (for example +4.999% instead of +5%), will be fixed at a later time
