Bug description: Excepting this https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Shaman-Enhancment-Gathering-Storms-Proc-munching-t545849.html , the proc gives 0% dmg increase.

Did anything weird happen before this, and how many traits do you have? When I tried this it showed the dmg increase correctly.

51 traits. You can reject this and i'll test it after https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Shaman-Enhancment-Gathering-Storms-Proc-munching-t545849.html gets fixed. Thank you.
