As Horde player, and with a a flying mount and a lot of patience (i will explain), i've "ended" all the doable quests in the Eastern Kingdoms availlable right now.

The results are:

5 achievements are not obtainable.

13/14 quests achievements are counted in Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms, but in the real, the Western Plaguelands quests achievement keeps track only 44/45 quests:

These quests in Western Plaguelands are bugged and can't be done:

The Badlands Quests can't be obtainable cause a lot of bugged quests (all the deathwing story quests are bugged)

The "patience" above is referred to 2 quests in particular:

1) Assault on Dreadmaul Rock in Burning Stepps, where you need to kill 200 mobs by yourself and the dragon veichle not work at all...

2) Drive-by Piracy in The Cape of Stranglethorn, doable in a "better but not so much" way if you have a flying mount.
