CAS system failed fetching the patch configuration file, error!

when I click "launcher_freakz.exe", it doesn't open it gives me the CAS system failed error, none of the three problems mentioned with solutions in forum
it says "The CAS system was unable to initialize: ClientHandler: initilizatioin error: failed fetching the patch configuration file"
how do I solve this so I can launch the launcher?
tried the three solutions u guys posted in the forum about CAS system, didn't work

Hello catalyps2,

Please download this file: https://www.wow-freakz.com/wow/legion/config_24742_2.zip - Then go to the "Data" folder inside your World of Warcraft installation folder. There you will see a "config" folder - delete that one and place the one you just downloaded in there instead.
