100 auto attacks mean absolutely nothing . Try 5000-10000 if you want to have realistic procs .

100 is perfect in multiple test, u can check this with all abilities, use same ability for 100 times and check crit rate you will see in 100 ability use exactly crit rate do you have- luck and bad luck it`s just in 40-50 hits but when u will got 100 never fails. I tested multiple times this is not bad luck somewhere is a problem; Never go up to 60+ proc chance .. just under 60

EDIT: I tested now and i got same results !

Test 1: 101 hits - ~48 proc

Rejected. This has nothing to do with the proc chance, it is as it should be, you were counting Missed auto attacks as well, but when you take those away you're left with a proper 60% chance. The issue with DH Fury generation lies somewhere else.
