Bug description: The stat buff of this trinket works, but the orbs of fel energy that extend the buff never spawn

the proc chance is also bad. on DUMMY proc 1x or 0x.

Also from that video u can see the duration keeps adding up. If it procs and he collects all the orbs he gets a buff for 24 seconds and when Engine proced again the buff doesnt refresh but adds the duration to the currently existing buff.
