[FIXED] [Item] [Terrace of the Endless Spring] Illusion: Jade Spirit not on Sha of Fear loot table

Bug description: Illusion: Jade Spirit is not on the loot table for Sha of Fear in either Normal 10/25, or Heroic 10/25. It was "fixed" back in October of last year, but I've consistently run Terrace of the Endless Spring on Normal 10, Normal 25, Heroic 10, and Heroic 25 (that's 4 separate runs) every single week across multiple characters for months on end with no drop. With a 6-18% drop rate depending on the size of the raid and the difficulty, statistically speaking, I should have seen it drop by now with anywhere from 12-16 attempts across characters every week over the course of the past 10 weeks since it was fixed.
