[REJECTED] Class Hall Chest - Rewarding same items

Bug description: I have a warlock in game and I'm getting from class hall chest same item for 4 weeks, im still getting legs. Also from raids im getting legs again, and i got legendary legs; Nh -legs, ToS -legs. This issue has more players, getting boots for 4 weeks in a row, a druid had the same issue with legs. This clearly is not badluck, this "bad luck" happened to many players.( a character has 13 possible items to drop from that chest ) Please fix this, farming 1 class hall chest takes 1 week, and 4 chests 1 month. While fixing this, my opinion, you have to give those players time wasted back. This is not a minor problem.

If we divide 1 by 13 we get 0,076, aka a 7.6 percent chance to get a certain slot. you got that 4 weeks in a row so we take 0,076 to the power of 4, which gives us 3,501x10^-5. multiplying this by 30000, which is roughly the amount of people getting stuff from their cache (this could be a wayyy higher number) we get 1.05, meaning that mathematically speaking there is a 105% chance someone on this server will get the same item 4 weeks in a row. If my estimated number of unique caches opened is higher than 30000, which I strongly believe it is, the chance gets higher and higher. so stop whining about bad luck and do the content.

[I played on official server and i had 940+ ilvl in 4 months - patch 7.2.5] ... and there are many other players who has the same issue

If you have any concrete evidence on this from other players as well feel free to post that evidence on the forum, making a post containing 8 screenshots of random items won't solve anything. also please read my calculations again before crying about your bad luck.
